Alice L. Wood, 94, of Charlottesville, our beloved mother & grandmother went to be with the Lord October 24, 2022. She was
born in West Virginia to Alpha & Grace Martin.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harlen “Blackie” Wood, her granddaughter Jessica Anne Berdick and nine
brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Berdick of Palmyra, Virginia ; her son Jimmy Wood (Sandra) of Laguna Beach,
California; and her grandson E. Lee Berdick (Jillian) of Richmond, Virginia.
She was a long time employee of Sears and Siemens.
