John Wayne Walker, 59, of Criders, died September 29, 2023 at Senara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg.
He was born November 27, 1963 in Rockingham County and was a son to the late Garland L. and Pauline V. Wilson Walker.
John worked as a live hanger at Pilgrim’s Pride.
Surviving him are three brothers; Ervin Walker, of Criders, David Walker, of Lacey Spring, LeRoy Walker, of Broadway, two
sisters; Virginia McAvoy, of Criders, Betty Pifer, of Franklin, WV, and a number of nieces and nephews.
His body will be cremated and all services will be private.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Grandle Funeral Home in Broadway.
