Ruth V. Vaughn

Ruth Virginia Vaughn, 94, of 1215 E. Main St., Luray, died Sunday, March 16, 2003, at Page Memorial Hospital in Luray.

Ms. Vaughn was born Aug. 8, 1908, in Luray, and was the daughter of the late Charles W. Finter and Fannie Bell Finter.

She was a textile worker at Blue Bell for 35 years and was a member of Beth Eden Lutheran Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Vivian R. Payne and Betty A. Bailey, both of Luray; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Pastor Buddy L. Caviness will conduct the funeral 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Bradley Funeral Home in Luray. Burial will be at Beahm’s Chapel Cemetery in Luray.
