Norma Virginia (Kesner) Sites, age 96 of Petersburg, WV passed away and joined her
Heavenly Father on Sunday, January 15, 2023 at Grant Memorial Hospital in
Petersburg.
Norma was born on October 17, 1926 and was a daughter of the late Samuel Kesner
and Audrey (Yokum) Kesner. In addition to her parents, Norma was preceded in
death by her husband, Walter H. Sites in 2008; an infant daughter, one sister, Ruth
Kimble, one brother, Merlin Kesner; one nephew, Leon Mongold.
Norma is survived by her daughter Judy K. (Sites) Bibbo and husband Joseph of
Florence, SC; two grandsons, Max Bibbo of Woodstock, GA and William Bibbo of
Hood River, Oregon; two sisters, Nola Mongold and Ina Jane Alt both of Petersburg,
WV; sister-in-law, Velma Kesner of Petersburg, WV, several nieces and nephews.
Norma was a clerk at Thompson's Market and was bookkeeper for Bush Valley Gas
and Harman Gas in Petersburg. She was a life member of St. John’s United
Methodist Church.
Norma’s family will receive friends Wednesday (January 18, 2022) from 11 AM till 1
PM at the Schaeffer Funeral Home in Petersburg, WV.
A funeral service will begin at 1 PM in the chapel with Rev. David Webb and Pastor
Ted Anderson.
Interment will be in Maple Hill Cemetery, Petersburg, WV.
