Lisa Lynn Shifflett, 60, of Elkton passed away September 22, 2023 at University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville. She
was born September 20, 1963 to Ronnie Owens and the late Martha Spitzer Shifflett.
Lisa enjoyed canning vegetables and spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren. She would always call to
check in on family, friends and catch up on old times.
In addition to her father, she is survived by partner, Allen Shifflett; daughters, Valerie Shifflett and partner Jason Fridley,
Heather Morean and husband David; step-daughter, Shelly Moreno; brother, Don Wesley Shifflett and wife Jessica; sisters,
Melissa Tomlin and husband Michael, Jessica Phelps and husband Tommy, Dana Shifflett, Misty Sampson and husband Randy,
Jessica Owens; grandchildren, Kiersten Shifflett, Gavin Shifflett, Arianna Morean, Declan Morean, Braelynn Fridley; step-
mother, Frances Owens; step-father, Don Shifflett; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
