Nina Mae Moyers Sager went to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 14th at her home in Waynesboro, VA. Nina
was born October 5, 1934 and was the daughter of the late Raleigh Emert Moyers and Ivy May Dingledine Moyers of
Singers Glen, VA. Nina was a loving wife, mother and friend to everyone she met. Nina lived life to the fullest through
simple pleasures; talking with family and friends, flowers and gardening and spending time at her house at LakeAnna,
VA. She will be deeply missed by everyone.
Nina was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Paul Dean Sager; brothers Chester Moyers, Evert Moyers, Ralph
Moyers, Bruce Moyers and sister Vada Moyers Simmons. Survivors include brother Leonard Moyers; daughter Teresa
Sager Hagwood; son Terry D. Sager and wifeAndi; 2 grandchildren, Troy Dustin Hagwood and Karlye Deanna Sager; and
3 great grandchildren, Cheyenne Faith Hagwood, McKenna Grace Hagwood and Ryen Laine Hope Hagwood.
There will be no visitation or service per her wishes. The family would like to “thank” the nurses and staff of The Hospice
of the Shenandoah.
