Joyce Dawn Reynolds, of Richmond, Virginia, passed away peacefully on October 18, 2022 in Harrisonburg, Virginia. She was
born on July 7, 1953 in Max Meadows, Virginia to the late Nicholas Graham and Aleta Stoots Reynolds.
Joyce graduated from Madison College (James Madison University) in 1975. She worked in the field of medical technology in
different capacities including at the University of Virginia, South Bend Medical Foundation and most recently at VCU Medical
Center. Joyce’s greatest joy in life was being a mother and a grandmother. She also enjoyed traveling, walking with friends,
and gardening. We will always remember her giving nature and spirited personality. She will be sorely missed by all who knew
her.
Joyce is survived by her daughters Katherine (Robert) Welch of Harrisonburg, Virginia and Alexandra (Shane)Augustine of
Fishers, Indiana; her three grandchildren Carter, Elliott, and Logan; her brother Danny (Cindy) Reynolds of Melissa, Texas;
several nieces, nephews and cousins as well as many lifelong friends.
