Estelle Shirley Glenn Rankin, 84, wife of the late Raymond Edward Rankin, Sr. passed away on
January 20, 2023, The Retreat in Fishersville.
Estelle was born on September 2, 1938, in Staunton to the late Marvin Campbell and Mildred
Estelle Price Glenn.
Prior to her retirement, she worked at Penny Plate in Fishersville. She was an active member of
Mint Springs United Methodist Church.
Estelle is survived by her son, Michael Dean; her sister, Mary Helen Glenn Wood; and numerous
nieces and cousins.
In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by her son, Raymond Edward
Rankin, Jr.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 26 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Henry
Funeral Home.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 27 at 2:00 PM at Augusta Memorial Park,
