Lewis S. Propst, age 70, of Westminister, MD, formerly of
Franklin, WV, passed on Sunday 29, 2023, at his home surrounded
by his family.
Lewis was a 1970 graduate of Franklin High School and a Veteran
of the US Army. He moved to Maryland and worked as a Heavy
Equipment Operator until his retirement.
Lewis leaves behind to cherish his memory: his wife, Shirley Propst
of MD; 2 sisters, Amy VanMeter (Danny) of Franklin, WV and Janet
Smith (Tony) of Bridgewater, VA; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Cleveland “Toots” and
Bertha (Fink) Propst; and a brother, Jason Propst.
