Robert Joseph Martin Sr., 37, of Scotsville passed away January 22, 2023 at UVA
Hosptial following a motor Vehicle accident.
Born Sept 12, 1985, in New Britain, Connecticut, he was the son of the
late Michael John Martin Sr.
Robert Martin was very good at building with his hands, from boxes,
tables, frames, to houses. He took pride in his family and adored his best
furry friend German shepherd, Jake. Also an ambitious chef who liked to
try new adventures while cooking. He was a protector, a family man at
heart, master with a mic and could liven up any room with his dance moves
and goofiness.
He is survived by his mother, Cynthia Ferland, his wife Mary Elizabeth
Cook, his son Robert Joseph Martin Jr., his brother Michael John Martin Jr.
along with his wife Katrina Martin, his sister Sarah Martin, brother Justin
Ferland, sister Courtney Ferland, brother Brandon Snow , brother Frankie
Talarico, nephew Trevis Snow, nieces Alexis Martin, Carmen Snow and
Danica Shurn. All of which loved him unconditionally.
The family is holding a gathering and celebration of Robert's life on Sunday
February 5th to begin at 1pm at 3975 Rock Branch Rd North Garden VA
22959. Friends and family of Robert Martin are invited to attend and
