Ruth Cupp Maneely, 100, went home to be with the Lord at Bridgewater Retirement Community on October 21, 2023.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 56 years, William H. Maneely, Jr. (Bill); her parents, DeLong M.
and Lessye Wright Cupp; sisters, Mary Rose and Kathryn Blaine; and brothers, Gerald and DeWitt.
She is survived by three sons, William H. Maneely, III, Paul C. Maneely, and Mark W. Maneely; grandchildren, Brian
Maneely, Morgan Ramos, and Devan Maneely; and great grandchildren, Sydney Maneely and Audrey Maneely.
Ruth was born April 17, 1923 in Rockingham County, Va. She will be interred with her beloved husband at Arlington
National Cemetery at a later date.
