Jerry Lee Madison, 49, of Reedville, formerly of Baltimore, Md., passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2009.

Jerry is survived by his parents, Earl and Margaret Madison; wife, Lisa Cooper Madison; son, Jared Madison, all of Reedville, and brother, Earl Madison Jr. of Elkton.

A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at the Elk Run Cemetery in Elkton with the Rev. Travis Hensley officiating.

Arrangements are by Faulkner Family Funeral Home in Burgess, Virginia.
