Kimberly “Kim” Bollinger Lough, 55, a resident of Bridgewater, passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at
Sentara RMH Medical Center.
Mrs. Lough was born on September 13, 1968 in Rockingham County and was the daughter of the late
Linda Ellen Roller Bollinger. Kim worked at Rockingham Eye Physicians for the past five years. Prior to that she
worked at Walmart for eighteen years. Kim enjoyed spending time with her family, attending her
grandchildren’s events and vacationing in Tennessee. She also helped lead a girl scout troop for many years.
On June 26, 1996, she married Kevin R. Lough who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Heather Lough Sellers and husband John; two grandchildren, McKinley
and Parker Sellers; and her dog, “Ellie”.
In addition to her mother, Kim was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Oscar and Margie
Roller.
The family will receive friends at McMullen Funeral Home on Saturday, November 4, 2023 from 5 p.m.
until 7 p.m.
James Payne will conduct a graveside service on Sunday, November 5, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Oak Lawn Cemetery
in Bridgewater.
The family wishes to thank the nurses of Sentara RMH Medical Center on 4 East and the Hahn Cancer
Center for their loving care of Kim.
