Kathleen G. Kuykendall, 84


Kathleen G. Kuykendall, 84, of Moorefield, W.Va., died Monday, Dec. 26, 2005, at her home.

Mrs. Kuykendall was born Aug. 11, 1921, in Hampshire County, W.Va., and was the daughter of the late William H. and Margaret J. Taylor George.

She was a charter member of the Moorefield Brethren Church and was the owner/operator of Kuykendall’s Electronics in Moorefield.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles B. Kuykendall, in August 1997.

Survivors include a son, Larry D. Kuykendall of Moorefield; a granddaughter and two great-grandchildren.

She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Pastors Harold Garber and Otis "Buzz" Weatherholt and Sister Renee Kuykendall-Scholten will conduct the funeral 11 a.m. Thursday at the Moorefield Church of the Brethren. Burial will follow at the Olivet Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 this evening at the Fraley Funeral Home in Moorefield.
