Noah Wayne Hoover, 69, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Faber, Virginia on September 10, 2023. Noah was born on
April 15, 1954, in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Noah is survived by his mother Katherine Hoover, a sister Patricia Miller (husband Raymond Miller), and brother Charles
Hoover. Noah was predeceased by his beloved wife Kathleen Martin Hoover and his father Earl F. Hoover.
Noah was a people person. He loved to be around people. Interacting with others gave him great pleasure. He was an
extraordinary person and a loving older brother. During his working years, he had many physically demanding jobs. He worked
in a sawmill, as a logger, and as a house painter. He will be remembered for his physically imposing stature and his enormous
heart that he shared with friends and family. Those who knew and loved him will miss him.
Agraveside service will be held at Hebron Baptist Church Cemetery, 66 Tanbank Drive, Afton, Virginia 22920 at 11 a.m. on
