Melvin Madison Guss, Jr., 62, of Charlottesville, VA, passed away on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at his residence. He
was born on December 29, 1960, in Charlottesville, VA to the late Melvin Guss Sr. and Flora Dickerson.
Melvin is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Frankie S. Guss; his children, Danita Brown (Donald "Neal"), and
James Brown; his grandchildren, Kaleal, Akilah, Serenity, Phoenix, Hendrix, Kaden, Carmello, Emarian, and Eshon;
three sisters, and one brother.
Arrangements for Melvin will be announced at a later date.
