Zane “Buggy” Allen Green, 74, of Quicksburg, Va., passed away Saturday, October 28, 2023, at Brookdale Senior
Living in Harrisonburg, VA. No services are planned at this time.
Mr. Green was born on January 1, 1949, in New Market, Va, son of the late Abner Nelson Green and Anita Gay Reid
Green. He worked as a machinist at Aileen, worked at the Press in Strasburg, and helped his friend Lisa on her
farm. He was a multi-decorated Vietnam Veteran.
He is survived by his siblings, Linda Lance (Henry) of Georgia, Ellen Dellinger of Winchester, VA, Fred Green of
Quicksburg, VA, Kathy Kagey (V.L.D) of Orkney Springs, VA; special aunt, Margaret Good; numerous aunts and
uncles; nephews, Scott Ellison, Jeremy Ellison, Joel Kagey; nieces, Kasey Strosnider, Rebecca Clark, Morgan
Hughes; and special friends, Lisa Zirkle, Donna Haldane, Maxine Zirkle and Madeline Litten.
