Jane Patricia Arehart Gale, 85, of New Market, passed away Saturday, October 22, 2022, at Life Care Center in New
Market. There are no service planned.
Mrs. Gale was born July 6, 1937, in Rockingham County, daughter of the late Carter and Nellie Buhl Arehart. She
was a graduate of Broadway High School and formerly worked at Kennametal in New Market, HD Lee in Broadway
and Garbers Restaurant in Timberville.
She is survived by her daughter, Cathy Stout and husband Junior of Edinburg; sister, Thelma Weatherholtz and
husband Richard of Mt. Jackson; brother, Don Arehart of Quicksburg; granddaughter, BJ Stout Ritter and husband
Brian of Edinburg; and great grandson, Collin Ritter and wife Miranda of Edinburg.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Life Care Center in New Market.
