Joann Fulk, 64, of Raphine, passed away on Sunday, October 29, 2023 at Shenandoah House.
She was born on February 13, 1959, and was a daughter of the late Beverly and Hazel (Self) Fulk.
Joann is survived by two children, Jennifer Weese of Raphine, and Michael (Amber) Jackson of Lyndhurst; five brothers,
Russel, Jim, Eddie, Jerry, and Larry Fulk; four grandchildren, Brook Wolfe, Chance Gibson, Maxine Gibson, and Serina
Jackson; numerous nieces and nephews; special friend, Mike Jackson.
Amemorial service celebrating Joann's life will be held 3 PM on Saturday, Nov. 4, 2023, at the John Painter Park in Grottoes,
shelter #1.
