Charlotte Ann Fletcher, 92, of Woodstock, passed away peacefully at her home on
Sunday, January 15, 2023. Born in Fordwick (Craigsville) Virginia on October 6, 1930, Ann
was the daughter of the James Alfred Strickler and Maisie Tharpe. She graduated with a
two year degree from Madison College and served as a civilian for the Office of the Chief
of Staff of the Air Force for 35 years. Ann was a member of Valley Pike Church of the
Brethren for over a decade.
She is survived by her son, William (Audrey); her five grandchildren - Steve (Nina), Neve
(Kris), Brian, JoyAnn (Devin), Noah (Emma); five great grandchildren - Rowan, Tanzen,
L.J., Elise, Wylde; and her sister Betty Lutz. Ann was preceded in death by her husband
Frank, son James, brother Jimmy Strickler, and sisters Vivian Graham and Ruth Breese.
