Vickie Dawn (Moomau) Fitzgerald, 64, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at Augusta Health Shenandoah
House.
Vickie was born on August 26, 1958 in Tennessee to Betty C. Moomau and the late Quinnlynn F. Moomau.
Ms. Fitzgerald was a member of Greenville Baptist Church. She kept her beloved church spotless and had an amazing sense of
humor. She loved to tend to her wildflower garden. She was deeply loved by her family and all who knew her.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by a daughter and her husband, Brittany Showalter and Kris; a brother and his wife,
Ricky Moomau and Jennifer; a sister, Lynn Hensley; grandchildren, Hunter Showalter and Kristopher McDaniel; and a number of
cousins, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by an infant brother, Edward Moomau; and a sister, Venie Shibuya.
A memorial service will be conducted at 1:00 PM, Saturday, November 5, 2022 at Greenville Baptist Church by Pastor David Ball.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
