Melinda Lee (Kimble) Donovan, age 59 of Cabins, WV and more recently of Inwood, WV passed away on Sunday September
10, 2023.
Melinda was born on October 7, 1963 in Petersburg, WV and was a daughter of Dorothy Jean (Clark) Kimble of Upper Tract,
WV and the late Carlos Brown Kimble.
In addition to her father, Melinda was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Ray “Rusty” Donavan in 2009.
Melinda is survived by her mother, Dorothy Jean Kimble of Upper Tract, WV
Two sons, Rusty Allen Donovan (Elizabeth) of Maysville, WV and Tyrone Douglas Donovan of Fisher, WV.
One daughter, Wanda Savage (Mike) of Bruceton Mills, WV
Two brothers, Tony Brown Kimble of Upper Tract, WV and Bradley Dale Kimble of Franklin, WV.
Four grandchildren: Amelia Donovan, Izaiah Donovan, Shawn Savage and Shana Savage
Two great grandchildren
Several nieces and nephews. including a special niece and nephew, Tiffany Marie Knight (Jonathan) of Petersburg, WV and
Jeffrey Dewain Kimble (Carrie) of Petersburg, WV.
Melinda was a 1981 graduate of Franklin High School. She retired from Grant Rehabilitation and Care Center in Petersburg. She
loved riding her motorcycle with her husband, going to the beach, working in her flowerbeds/yard and crocheting. Melinda
deeply loved her family, especially her grandchildren and her fur babies, Angel and Kinslie. Melinda attended the Cornerstone
Family Fellowship in Petersburg, WV.
