Rosa Marie Moore Dedrick, 89, of Waynesboro, passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 ar Shenandoah Nursing and
Rehab in Fishersville.
Rosa was born in Rockbridge County to William and Cora L Moore on September 27th, 1933. She will be remembered for her
strong faith in God as well as her amazing ability to find contentment in any circumstance.
Rosa is preceded in death by her parents and six siblings.
Rosa is survived by her daughters, Sharon Hill and husband Ron of Powhatan, Joyce Keith of Staunton, Patty Dedrick and fiancé
Roy Smith of Waynesboro, and Penny Walker and husband Derrick of North Carolina. She is also survived by grandchildren,
Stephanie Williams with husband Graham, Brittany Coffey, Niki Thornton and husband Mike, Jennifer Layne and husband Dan,
Ashley Vogt, Hannah Walker, Andrew Walker; great-grandchildren, Mason Mazza, Kyndal Williams, McKenzie Thornton, Ethan
Thornton, Benjamin Layne, Charlie Layne and Harper Vogt; as well as two siblings.
Following cremation, a Celebration of Life service will be conducted on Friday, September 15th at 2:00PM at Augusta Memorial
Park with Pastor Dennis Bradley officiating.

Memphis, TN 38105.
