Christopher Gene Crofford, 57, of Harrisonburg passed away on September 14, 2023.
He was born on September 17, 1965 in Page County and was the son of the late Leland B. Crofford, Sr. and Mary M.
Williams Crofford.
Chris loved to cook and was good at anything he tried to accomplish.
He is survived by a brother, Leland B. “L.B.” Crofford, Jr. and wife, Shelby of Shenandoah; a sister, Penny Morris and
husband, David, of Shenandoah; two nephews, David Morris, Jr. and wife, Michelle, and Jessy Morris; numerous great
nieces and nephews and numerous friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Diane Kelly and Eva Jane Creamer.
Amemorial service will be held 11 am, Friday September 29, 2023 at Shenandoah Pentecostal Holiness Church, with
Pastor Jimmy Kite officiating. Honoring his wishes, he will be cremated.
