Victoria Lynne Clausen, 72, of Woodstock, passed away Thursday, January 12, 2023, at
her home. Mrs. Clausen was born October 23, 1950, in Covington, daughter of the late
Frank Longley Lefler and Anna Montrose Loan Lefler. She was employed with Verizon for
many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, James “Jay” Carter Carnes and
brother, Frankie W. Lefler.
Victoria is survived by her brother, Stephen A. Lefler and wife June and a niece and
nephew.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Cancer Society or Blue Ridge
Hospice.
