Xyrus James Blackburn, infant son of Shaun B. Blackburn, Jr. and Maisy
M. (Edgecomb) Blackburn, passed away on Thursday, November 3,
2022 at WVU Medicine Children’s Hospital, Morgantown, WV.
Born on October 14, 2022 in Winchester, VA, Xyrus is also survived by
his brothers Gabriel Blackburn and Aiden Moreland, grandparents:
Shaun Blackburn, Sr., April Blackburn, of Augusta, WV, Monica Higgs
and James Higgs of Martinsburg, WV, Patricia Haslacker of Shanks, WV
and great-grandparents, Kelly Blackburn, Wayne Daugherty and Janet
Daugherty.
Funeral services will be private and handled by McKee Funeral Home,
Augusta, WV.
