Evelyn A. (Ringgold) Arbaugh, age 87, of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, passed away February 22, 2006. Born October 31, 1918, in Harrisonburg, Virginia, to the late David and Alice (Eutsler) Ringgold. Preceded in death by her husband, Donald, sister and brother-in-law, Nancy and Ike Rowan, and brother, Paul Ringgold. Survived by son, Bruce (Diane); grandson, Jonathan; granddaughter, Katharine; sisters, Mildred Wampler and Edith (Marion) Shull; and many other extended family members and dear friends. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 A.M. Monday, February 27, 2006 at SCHOEDINGER EAST CHAPEL, 5360 E. Livingston Ave., Columbus, Ohio, where family will receive friends from 3-5 P.M. Sunday. Interment Glen Rest Memorial Estate, Reynoldsburg, Ohio.
