Guy R. Andes

Guy Roosevelt Andes, 70, Eaton Hollow Road, Broadway, died Friday, May 30, 2003, at Rockingham Memorial Hospital in Harrisonburg.

Mr. Andes was born April 28, 1933, in Rockingham County and was a son of the late Albert Franklin and Vernie Reedy Andes.

He was a handyman and a member of the Antioch Free Baptist Church on Runions Creek.

Surviving are Shirley Dinges, with whom he lived for years; a son, Gregory Dinges of Broadway; a brother, Berlin Andes of Broadway, and a sister, Nell Price of Forestville.

The Rev. Stephen Estep will conduct a graveside funeral 11 a.m. today at the Bethel Mennonite Church Cemetery.

There will be no public viewing.

Funeral arrangements are by Grandle Funeral Home in Broadway.
