Michael Eugene Anderson, age 70, a resident of Strasburg, VA passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at Winchester Medical
Center.
A graveside service for Mr. Anderson will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, August 20, 2023, at Riverview Cemetery with Pas-
tor Bobby Funkhouser officiating.
Mr. Anderson was born in Winchester, VA on May 16, 1953, a son of the late Harvey and Mable Richards. He was of the Pres-
byterian faith, enjoyed hunting and his hot rod cars. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son John Michael
Anderson.
Survivors include his wife Linda Lou Drummond Anderson; his daughter Crystal Anderson (Jermaine Alley); one grandson Bryce
Alley; brothers Buzzy Anderson (Patti) and Sonny Anderson (Glenda); brother and sister-in-law Denny and Brenda Drum-
mond. Michael was one of 12 children.
The pallbearers will be Brad Drummond, Brandi Drummond, Denny Drummond, Colin Barnes, Jermaine Alley, Bryce Alley, and
Dave Sunder-Rao.
