Hugh R. Anderson Jr.

Hugh Russell Anderson Jr., 71, of Purgitsville, W.Va., died Friday, Nov. 1, 2002, at the Potomac Valley Hospital in Keyser, W.Va.

Mr. Anderson was born April 19, 1931, in Rada, W.Va., and was the son of the late Hugh R. Anderson Sr. and Olive Smith Anderson.

He is survived by a companion, Mary Katherine Bailey; a niece and two nephews.

Pastor Glen Hamric will conduct the funeral 11 a.m. today at Fraley Funeral Home in Moorefield, W.Va. Burial will follow at Old Pine Cemetery near Purgitsville, W.Va.

The family received friends Sunday night at the funeral home.
