Damien L. Anderson, 10-month-old son


Damien Lucius Vance Anderson, 10-month-old son of Albert V. Anderson Jr. and Cassie K. Haley Anderson of Mount Jackson, died Saturday, March 1, 2008, at Children's Hospital in Washington, D.C. He was born April 30, 2007, in Harrisonburg.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by two brothers, Steven Austin Anderson of Staunton and Nathaniel French of Mount Sidney; three sisters, Chelsea Anderson of Staunton and Breanna French and Rileigh French, both of Mount Sidney, and grandparents, Albert and Donna Anderson Sr. of Broadway and David and Olenia K. Haley of Broadway.

The Rev. Roger Osborne will conduct a memorial service 11 a.m. Saturday at Antioch Regular Baptist Church on Runions Creek Road near Broadway. The family will receive friends following the service.

Arrangements are by Grandle Funeral Home in Broadway. His body was cremated.
