James E. Amiss Jr.
James Edward Amiss Jr., 69, of Norfolk, died Friday, Aug. 29, 2003, at Harbor Point Nursing Home in Norfolk.
Mr. Amiss was born Dec. 12, 1933, in Harrisonburg, and was the son of the late James Edward Amiss, M.D. and Ann Caroline Macon Amiss.
He was a stocker with the Naval Commissary.
He is survived by two sisters, Caroline Amiss of Athens, Ga., and Frances Macon Amiss of Lawrenceville.
The Rev. Daniel Robayo will conduct a graveside service 10 a.m. today at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
Arrangements are by the Bradley Funeral Home in Luray.
