Beloved husband of the late Kathryn Ann Allman; father of Conrad S. Allman Jr., Marian S. Biddle and Jacquelyn A. Coppage; brother of Donald Allman; grandfather of five; great-grandfather of seven.

Memorial service at Virginia Hills Baptist Church, 6507 Telegraph Road, Alexandria, Va., on Friday, April 27, 2012, at 11 a.m. Inurnment with full military honors at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Capital Caring Hospice.
