Sherman R. Aleshire

Sherman Ray Aleshire, 50, of Frederick, Md., died Friday, Nov. 29, 2002, at his home.

Mr. Aleshire was born March 11, 1952, in Luray, and was a son of the late George C. Kline Jr. and Madeline C. Aleshire Kline.

He was currently employed with Valley Excavation of Frederick. He was mechanically inclined and enjoyed working on cars and trucks.

Survivors include a daughter, Renee Dawn Aleshire of Libertytown; four brothers, Allen Wayne Aleshire of Stanley, Carroll Lee Aleshire and Harold Eugene Kline, both of Frederick, and William Edward Kline of Gettysburg, Pa.; two sisters, Susan Christine Bowers of Frederick, and Cynthia Ann Kline of Fairfield, Pa.; his grandmother, Sudie Kibler of Luray; his former wife, Penny Chaney of Libertytown; and several nieces and nephews.

The Rev. Douglas May will conduct the funeral 1 p.m. Tuesday at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, Md. Burial will be at Resthaven Memorial Gardens in Frederick.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 this evening at the funeral home.
