Dorothy E. Adams

Dorothy Emma Adams, 88, of Holly Court, Harrisonburg, died Friday, Aug. 29, 2003, at her home.

Mrs. Adams was born Oct. 11, 1914, in Rockingham County, and was the daughter of the late Noah and Dorothy Mohler Stroop.

She was a homemaker and attended St. Stephen and the Good Shepherd Episcopal Church at Rocky Bar.

Her husband, Tom Adams, preceded her in death. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

The Rev. Stuart C. Wood will conduct the funeral 2 p.m. Sunday at the McMullen Funeral Home in Harrisonburg. Burial will follow at Greenmount Cemetery.
