Cemetery Notes
In 2003 found several fieldstones with no markings. Cemetery has been cleaned up and now has a wooden rail fence around it. In 1967 J. Robert Swank noted "There are unmarked graves."

Briery Branch area, Rockingham County, Virginia. Take Route 42 South (John Wayland Highway) and in Dayton turn right onto Route 257 (Ottobine Road which changes name to Briery Branch Road). At Ottobine store, Route 257 turns left (south and now Briery Branch Road.) From the Ottobine Store, go 1.2 miles and cemetery is on the right (north) side of the road about 150 feet up the hill through woods area. Directly across Route 257 from cemetery is where Route 871 (George Wine Road) intersects with Route 257.
