Myers Family Cemetery (was Old Linville Creek Baptist Church Cemetery).
Cemetery Notes
Cemetery has a wrought iron fence around it that is in need of repair. In 1967 J. Robert Swank noted "There are probably many more buried here. Cattle had been in and stones were down & ovrgrown. Owned by Dr. Graves, formerly Crawford Neff & Myers." In February 2002 according to Sam Shank per Bennie Getz, this is the Old Linville Creek Baptist Church cemetery. The church itself was located northwest of the cemetery but is no longer standing. To locate where it was, continue on Williamsburg Road and turn right onto Woodland Church Road. About 200 yards past the Tide Spring Road on the left hand side in a grove of cedar trees, is where it used to be. No visible markings are there now. Mr. C. E. Nair's notes on "Northern Linville Creek" in 1954, describes location of the Linville Creek Baptist Church.
